This is a very interesting story, I think sharing photos and videos of criminals is a great idea. I ran across a similar “Internet” website, http://www.postacrime.com where people can upload photo and video content for the public to help identify.
The service appears to be free of charge for anyone to use, I wonder if something like this will take off?
