You seemed pretty upset because of all these people that don't really know how to pose a question but when i saw that diagram I was like wow! You're really upset! No, I'm just kidding, I think it's great that you took your time to post this.; It is a very serious matter and it takes up a lot of time. I work for a search engine optimization firm and you can't imagine how many stupid questions I get.

Hehe, no, not upset at all. I'm just trying to inject a little passion into a fairly dull topic — and to stress a very important point: forget about the technology, focus on the people and process and then the technology will follow.
There really are no stupid questions, but there are stupid decisions. I encourage anyone to ask any question regardless of how stupid it might sound — give me the best and worst you got! Its the best way to learn and to grow, and to then arm yourself with the necessary knowledge to affect change.
