I work for a local authorized Hyundai dealer and we, the employees, are able to get generous discounts on every full-option model IF we complete our target with more than 100% which I think it's a brilliant ideea because it motivates all of us to take our jobs to higher standards. Not to mention that we get bonuses too depending on the target completion.
