  1. I think the survey acknowledges an interesting point that many HR professionals feel bogged down by employee transactions. In turn I think many businesses feel bogged down by HR related issues. It is too easy to lose focus of task at hand when you are dealing with employee benefits, payroll hassles and workers compensation. This why many companies are adopting a PEO to outsource the time consuming issues that are associated with an internal HR department.

  2. Recruiting high-skilled employees is definitively not an easy task, you never know what to expect, all you can do is hopping that you make the right choice for your company. Usually going for the outside superstars can be a little too expensive and only the bigger companies afford to do so. For the smaller ones, there are other ways to get quality workers. They could take their chances and organize their own recruitment or they could go for employee leasing and get great services on smaller costs, which is exactly what small businesses need to grow their company.
